Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused tools in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement tools within 3-5 business days.
